For more than 25 years, QAI has served as a trusted provider of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) archiving solutions.

 

We operate a limited access, vaulted facility, equipped with state-of-the-art security controls and environmental monitoring for long-term and temporary storage of a wide range of documents, specimens and electronic media. Our 30,000 square-foot facility is administered under QAI’s own standard operating procedures (SOPs) and has been thoroughly inspected to ensure compliance  with the FDA and EPA’s GLP regulations.

GLP Archiving Capabilities

Our archiving capabilities include document storage, indexing, retrieval, delivery, destruction and duplication, as well as the storage of test/control/reference substances/articles, wet specimens, refrigerated and frozen samples; tissues, blocks and slides; radioactive metabolism samples; and electronic media. In addition, we provide comprehensive records management services such as high-speed document scanning/imaging, microfilm/microfiche conversion and backup of electronic data.

QAI’s imaging of research data reports and other documentation meet the requirements for GLP true copies. Request for transfer of materials or copies of documents are not executed without proper authorization from the client.


Archiving Team

QAI’s knowledgeable team of archivists and back-up archivists are responsible for the operation of the archives to assure that all documents and specimens are maintained within full GLP compliance. Our archivists perform daily document inventories, verification, storage and retrieval, as well as database management to meet our clients’ needs.
